This role involves assisting with day-to-day queries regarding machinery parts from customers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service at all times. Day-to-day of the role: Assist with customer orders and enquiries relating to the products and services supplied by the Company, both face-to-face and over the telephone. Dispatch parts efficiently to meet customer requirements. Handle cash and card payments with accuracy. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at the front counter.
