Parts Assistant / Counter Sales AdvisorWarwickshire£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + BenefitsMonday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm / Every other Saturday 8.30am - 1pmA well-established supplier of agricultural and land-based equipment is looking to recruit a Parts Assistant / Counter Sales Advisor to support its busy parts department.This is a customer-focused role that would suit someone with experience in parts, stores, trade counter sales, or machinery-related environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products while helping maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the parts function.The RoleReporting into the Parts Department, your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers with parts enquiries both over the phone and in personProcessing orders and ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficientlyManaging goods received and dispatchedMaintaining stock records and supporting inventory control processesIdentifying opportunities to maximise parts sales and customer satisfactionWorking closely with workshop and service teams to fulfil internal requirementsEnsuring the parts department remains organised, compliant, and customer-focusedAbout YouTo be successful, you will ideally have:Experience within a parts, stores, trade counter, customer service, or sales environmentGood IT skills and confidence using computer-based stock systemsStrong communication and organisational abilitiesA proactive attitude and willingness to ..... full job details .....
