Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (DOE) 40 hours per week (between 08 30, Monday to Friday) We re looking for a proactive and hands-on Parts Advisor to join a busy parts operation where no two days are the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities Administer stock control for vans, site workshops, and contracts Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner Assist with parts identification and warranty/returns processing Support the team with customer orders, backorders, and special deliveries Maintain a clean and organised work area Respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently Assist with audits and stock checks Operate within company guidelines and procedures About You Proven administration and customer service experience in a workshop or parts setting Knowledge of HGV, waste industry, or service centre environments is a bonus Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills If you meet the requirements and are eager to advance your career as a Parts Advisor, we encourage you to apply. ..... full job details .....
