You will deliver a high standard of customer service while contributing to the overall success of the aftersales department.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply parts to the workshop and retail customers in a timely mannerProvide expert advice on parts and accessoriesManage stock control, ordering, and inventory levelsAccurately process orders using internal systemsMaintain strong relationships with customers and colleaguesEnsure all administrative duties are completed efficientlyAbout YouRecent experience as a Parts Advisor within a franchised dealershipExperience using Kerridge Autoline or Pinnacle systemsWell-organised with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsA team player with a proactive and positive attitudeWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary with ..... full job details .....
