Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor - Gloucester Salary: Between £30-32,000 per annum, pending experience, plus performance-related bonus scheme. Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Our client, a large franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in the Gloucester region, requires an experienced and professional Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with trade and retail customers regarding parts enquiries and sales, ensuring that all parts orders are accurately identified, promptly picked and dispatched to the highest standard of customer service. You will primarily be working on the front of house, dealing with customers face to face, via email, and over the phone; however, you will also be required to carry out parts stock control, supply parts to our client''s HGV Technicians in the workshop, and cover for the Parts Delivery Driver in their absence. To be eligible, you will ideally live within a reasonable commutable distance of Gloucester and will need to hold recent or current experience working as a Parts Advisor within either a franchise-approved automotive dealership or a motor factor company. Any experience working with commercial vehicle parts would be highly advantageous; however is non-essential.
