Our client, a well-established main car dealership located in Brentford, West London, are-currently recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor.-They''re-seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their professional team, offering a competitive salary and excellent career development opportunities.

• -30,000 Basic Salary / -33,000 On-Target Earnings
• Working week: 47.25 hours, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota

Duties:

• As a Parts Advisor you''ll provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external clients
• Manage parts orders, including processing purchase orders and invoicing
• Respond promptly to parts enquiries via phone and in person
• Distribute parts efficiently to the workshop and relevant departments
• Deliver parts to the workshop, ensuring stock accuracy
• Prepare relevant documentation such as delivery notes and issue sheets
• Handle, protect, and package parts to meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes
• Assist with stock checks and cycle counts as required
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external suppliers

Requirements as a Parts Advisor will include:

• Prior experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector is essential
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
• A manual driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential
• Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and handle multiple priorities
