Our client, a well-established approved dealership, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to enhance their busy parts department. Duties of the Parts Advisor:

• Managing the parts desk efficiently for warranty, retail, and trade sales
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Coordinating the distribution of parts to technicians
• Managing stock control and processing returns
• Utilising manufacturer parts catalogue systems for accurate ordering
• Maintaining accurate administration records
• Building robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• Ensuring all departmental tasks are completed promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 months'' experience within an automotive Parts Department
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a good understanding of business operations
• Reliable and proactive with the ability to work independently
• Flexible approach to work schedules
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional attitude and team player mentality
