Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor

Parts Supervisor/Advisor required for Automotive Franchised Car Dealer Group, located in Chiswick, West London.

The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £34,000.

The hours of work in this Parts Supervisor/Advisor role are 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota.

Role Specification:

- A previous working experience as a Parts Supervisor / Parts Advisor
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team

Responsibilities:

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers – demonstrating sublime customer service.
- Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
