This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in parts, stores, stock management, retail or customer service who is looking to develop their career within a busy engineering and machinery environment. You will work closely with the Parts & Retail Manager and play an important role in supporting customers and technicians with parts enquiries, orders and day-to-day requirements. The Role -Dealing with customer and technician enquiries relating to machinery and vehicle parts. -Serving customers at the front counter, face-to-face and over the telephone. -Processing, picking and dispatching customer orders. -Providing accurate parts information and assisting customers in identifying the correct products. -Supporting the day-to-day running of the parts department and stores. -Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock management. -Organising and maintaining the stores area to ensure parts are easy to locate and readily available. -Assisting with stock movements, deliveries and general stores duties.
