You''ll play a vital role in keeping customer equipment operational by delivering a first-class parts service.Key Responsibilities Manage incoming parts enquiries via telephone and email.Identify and supply the correct parts using electronic parts catalogues and technical information.Process customer and internal parts orders accurately and efficiently.Produce quotations and provide pricing information.Liaise with the warehouse to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of parts.Support field service engineers with urgent parts requirements.Build and maintain excellent customer ..... full job details .....
