You will support retail, trade and workshop customers, ensuring parts are accurately identified, ordered and supplied efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle parts enquiries, identify the correct items and advise customers on availability, pricing and additional requirements. Process orders, raise invoices and ensure parts are picked and despatched accurately and on time. Source unavailable parts from alternative suppliers or dealerships. Keep customers informed of order progress and resolve any issues promptly. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and develop sales opportunities. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure parts are stored and handled correctly. Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where necessary.
