Parts Advisor (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)Salary: 30,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayThe Role:As a Parts Advisor, you''ll support customers, engineers and the wider after-sales team by ensuring parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently.Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities:Preparing parts quotations and sales orders.Processing urgent parts requests and after-sales enquiries.Chasing supplier orders and back orders.Raising warranty claims, work orders, purchase requests and invoices.Identifying parts using manufacturer systems.Liaising with customers, engineers and internal departments.Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider after-sales team.Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures and Health and Safety requirements.About the Parts Advisor:Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, Warranty or After-Sales role.Experience within construction plant, heavy equipment, transport or commercial vehicles is highly desirable.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Organised, proactive and able to work well in a busy team environment.If you are interested in this Parts Advisor role, please contact Rob on (phone number removed) or apply to this advert directly with your upto date CV. ..... full job details .....
