Parts Advisor responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and enquiries
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams
• Process warranty claims, sales and purchase orders
• Manage team inboxes
• Support daily team operations and cover where needed
• Monitor workload and support KPI performance
• Resolve escalated issues
• Drive continuous improvement and support new initiatives

What you''ll need as the Parts Advisor:

• Experience in construction plant, transport, or similar (parts/service preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
• Team player with good organisation skills
