Parts AdvisorLocation: Peterborough Salary: £28,(Apply online only) £33,(Apply online only) per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to FridayThe OpportunityInteraction Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established and successful automotive business in Peterborough.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor looking to join a professional, busy environment where strong product knowledge, customer service and attention to detail are highly valued.You will play a key role in ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and on time, whilst maintaining accurate stock levels and building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.Key Responsibilities Identify and supply the correct automotive parts to customers and workshop techniciansTake parts enquiries by telephone, email and in personSource and order parts from manufacturers and suppliersCheck availability, pricing and delivery timesMaintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checksReceive, inspect and correctly store incoming partsPick and prepare parts for workshop use, customer collection or deliveryProcess parts orders, invoices, credits and returnsLiaise closely with workshop technicians and service teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliersIdentify opportunities to maximise parts sales and promote additional ..... full job details .....
