Key Responsibilities Assist customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Identify and supply the correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor stock levels, order parts, and check deliveries. Pick, pack, and issue parts for the workshop and external customers.
