You''ll play a key role in supporting the workshop and retail customers by supplying the right parts, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent service. Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and supply vehicle parts to retail customers, workshop, and trade accountsProvide accurate advice on parts availability, pricing, and compatibilityProcess orders efficiently using the dealer management systemReceive, check, and store incoming stock deliveriesMonitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availabilityHandle customer enquiries at the counter, over the phone, and via emailBuild strong relationships with customers and colleaguesAssist with stock control, returns, and warranty parts processes About YouPrevious experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role (preferred)Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts advantageous, but not essential (training provided)Strong IT and administration skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced team environmentReliable, organised, and detail-oriented Benefits of the Parts Advisor role :Competitive salary packageWorking for a well-established, reputable companyTraining and career development opportunitiesSupportive team environment within a ..... full job details .....
