Job OpportunityWhat does this role involve?Communicating with customers promptly and courteously, while fulfilling their orders.Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.Handling phone enquiries efficiently and professionally.Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.Packing and loading Parts correctly. Essential SkillsWe are looking for an ambitious candidate who has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.A key component for us is someone with a passion for customer service, can do attitude, flexibility and an enthusiasm for cars.Previous dealership experience would be beneficial.
