Whats On Offer To Parts Advisors:

• Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• 1 in 3-Saturdays 8am - 12pm
• Basic Salary - -30,000 - -37,000 dependant on experience

The Role of a Parts Advisor:

• Source and supply vehicle parts efficiently for customers and workshop vehicles
• -Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from manufacturer and other suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders.

• Invoice and issue parts to customers and other departments within the business, ensuring they are booked out on the internal systems

• Source parts through various avenues when not available from usual suppliers
• Supply accurate and detailed parts quotes to retail customers, trade customers and internal departsments
• Conduct regular stock takes, ensuring all stock levels are kept to a desired standard

Parts Advisor Requirements:

• 4+ years UK experience of working as a Parts Advisor within a bodyshop or dealership environment
• Must be computer literate and able to use various packages - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a full valid UK Driving Licence
