About the Role As our Parts Advisor, you will be the vital link between our workshop, our customers and our suppliers - ensuring the right parts arrive at the right time to keep our technicians working efficiently and our customers Porsches on the road. Key responsibilities Source, order and manage genuine and OEM equivalent parts for a full range of Porsche models Liase with technicians daily to identify parts requirements from job cards and diagnostics Build and maintain relationships with Porsche dealerships, specialist suppliers and parts distributors Manage stock levels, min/max inventory and core returns Provide accurate quotes to customers and the service team Process puchase order, invoices and warranty claims Keep parts records and workshop management systems up to date Advise Customers on parts availability, pricing and lead times with clarity and professionalism What we are looking for Previous experience pre...
