This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with parts experience to play a key role in supporting both customers and workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and supplying parts efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining accurate stock control and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Identify and supply the correct spare and replacement parts for customers and workshop technicians. Interpret parts catalogues, manuals and electronic systems to accurately identify required parts. Assist customers and workshop personnel with parts enquiries in person, via telephone and email.
