As a Parts Advisor, you''ll ensure the workshop and customers receive the right parts efficiently, working closely with technicians, suppliers and service teams. This full-time role offers basic salary of £27,700 with OTE up to £32,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for: Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers. Identifying, sourcing and ordering the correct parts. Checking availability, costs and expected delivery times. Monitoring stock levels and completing regular stock checks. Receiving, checking and storing delivered parts correctly. Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records. Working closely with Service and Sales teams. Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers. Handling customer enquiries professionally by telephone and face-to-face. Maintaining an organised and efficient Parts Department.
