Parts Advisor £31,200 Basic Salary £35,000+ OTE North West London Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday (8:00am 6:00pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30am 5:00pm) Our client, a successful and well-established main dealership based in North West London, is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy and professional Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive Parts Advisor looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, ongoing training and genuine long-term career prospects. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately identify and supply parts for both workshop technicians and retail customers. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Receive, check and allocate incoming parts and accessories. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular stock checks. Process orders efficiently while ensuring parts are supplied promptly. Promote relevant parts, accessories and seasonal offers where appropriate. Work closely with the workshop and service departments to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently. Maintain excellent housekeeping and organisation within the Parts Department. Your Background and Skills Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade is essential.
