Parts Advisor Car Dealership Warrington £28,700 basic + OTE £33,700 Full-time Permanent 45 hours per week Mon Fri 9am 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays The Role We re looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join a successful franchised car dealership in Warrington. You ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the parts department supplying parts to both customers and workshop technicians, maintaining stock accuracy, and providing first-class customer service. If you have experience within the motor trade and a passion for delivering excellent results, this could be the ideal next step in your career. Key Responsibilities Identify, locate, and supply the correct vehicle parts for customers, trade, and workshop teams Sell and upsell parts, accessories, and manufacturer promotions Receive, record, and allocate parts deliveries from suppliers Support regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and manufacturers Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times Your Background and Skills Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or motor trade environment Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills Experience using dealer management systems (preferred) Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests Confident, proactive, and a team player Full UK Driving Licence preferred Benefits £28,700 basic ..... full job details .....
