This is a key role within the business, providing administrative and operational support across parts, stock control, and supply chain functions. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring workshop and production teams have the parts and materials they need to operate efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems and processes, and has strong attention to detail when managing stock, purchasing, and supplier communications.About the RoleAs a Parts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of parts, inventory, and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient administrative processes.Your responsibilities will include:Processing parts orders and updating the internal systemRaising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers for stock replenishmentMonitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory recordsBooking in deliveries and checking goods received against purchase ordersInvestigating stock discrepancies and supporting stock reconciliation activitiesManaging parts movements in and out of the workshop and stores areasMaintaining accurate documentation for parts, stock transfers, ..... full job details .....
