We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery. The Partnership Manager will develop relationships with organisations, major donors and other partners - growing FearFree''s sustainable and unrestricted income. The postholder will combine strong commercial instincts with the empathy and judgement needed to represent a specialist domestic abuse and sexual violence charity. They will identify opportunities, build relationships, develop compelling propositions and convert those relationships into long-term income and wider strategic value This is a relationship-led fundraising role. This role may include evening and weekend work when required.
