The RoleResponsible for the overall relationship of allocated assets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximising brand value for Castore. As the lead for your allocated assets, you’ll own the relationships with our partners key stakeholders and be the internal driving force at Castore bringing all departments together to deliver success against our objectives. You’ll work with the wider business to explore new business opportunities and retail growth for your assets, take ownership for club critical paths and kit deliveries, as well supporting our Brand team in maximising our contractual marketing rights to help build our brand profile and positioning within the market. The Partnerships Manager will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organisation, along with excellent organisational attributes to ensure all relevant internal and external departments are held accountable. Ultimately, the Partnerships Manager will support the Head of Partnerships and the wider team to deliver against our commercial and brand objectives. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who will bring energy and ambition to the team. We’re currently recruiting for two Partnerships Managers in both our Football and Multi-Sport partners.
Responsibilities
Responsibility and accountability for the relationship of your allocated partners.
Be the driving force behind driving revenue growth for your partners. Exploring all new business opportunities and supporting retail growth.
Liaise with Category Management to identify and develop new product opportunities to both enhance our product offering and achieve orderbook growth.
Act as the account lead internally, bringing all relevant departments together to achieve success against our partner objectives.
Take ownership of club critical paths, managing the full process from product range build through to delivery/launch.
Day-to-day key relationship management of key stakeholders at Sports Marketing assets.
Own the relationship with Sports Marketing Operations to ensure efficient product flow from order placement to delivery date.
Work with internal Marketing, Brand and Pro Sports functions to deliver sponsorship rights across all brand and commercial activations.
Working closely with internal Wholesale teams to ensure provision of key information and associated materials to support licensed growth within wholesale accounts for respective/relevant Clubs/Fed/Teams.
Responsible for managing all reporting processes with your partners, ensuring we’re both providing informative and timely updates into our partners, and achieving the relevant insights back from partners.
Skills and Experience
Experience in sports marketing or sports retail background. Having worked with high profile rights holders/partners would be a plus.
Sports apparel knowledge and understanding of the team sports retail landscape.
An excellent understanding of sponsorship and how to leverage such agreements to raise the profile and positioning of our brand.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to hold relationships with senior stakeholders.
Highly motivated, results-oriented and adaptable to change. We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced environment.
