Partnerships Manager

to lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at identifying and optimising distribution channels. This role involves conducting thorough market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities for channel expansion, partnerships, and co-branding initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing channel relationships, licensing agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to maximise revenue growth. Additionally, they will design and deliver collaborative marketing programmes with third-party partners to broaden brand reach and impact.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with key business stakeholders and assist in developing an end-to-end partner priority roadmap that will be reviewed and updated monthly, quarterly, and annually.Grow commercial value (sales and revenue) from existing partners across all Lines of Business (LOB): Protection, Installs and On Demand.Help manage the full lifecycle of development and partnership management activity from research, lead generation and cultivation to final implementation (New Business Development / On-Boarding / In-life Management).Understand and work within FCA regulatory framework to ensure all 3rd party relationships and sales are compliant.Maintain a broad understanding of all Lines of Business and keep up-to-date professional knowledge through training, networking, events, and presentations.What we''re looking forIdentify sector trends and customer needs – helping to build the business development strategy and plan.Manage relationships/accounts and extract more value from existing partners while developing a pipeline of new ones.Deliver sales, revenue and contribution by partner/customer over and above in-year targets and plans.Develop proposals and presentations to generate and nurture business growth opportunities and relationships within sector and across each LOB as applicable.Assist in preparation of business cases, forecasts, RFPs and other commercial documentation.Assist in the tender/RFP processes as required for business growth.Coordinate onboarding of new partners with support from BG functions/3rd party agency as needed.Coordinate the implementation of sales and marketing strategies/plans with partners, pulling in support from other BG functions as needed (e.g., Digital, Marketing, Operations, Finance).Why should you apply?We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
