Partnerships Director
At Complii, we are on the lookout for a Partnerships Director to lead and scale our FM and Strategic Account function across the Group. This role is focused on driving multi-vertical growth, securing large multi-site partnerships, and embedding a consistent, high-performing account management model across Water, Air, Fire, and Electrical.If you enjoy building strategic relationships, shaping commercial direction, and influencing performance at Group level, this is a role where your impact will be visible across the entire organisation. You will play a critical role in delivering our organic growth ambitions, strengthening our market positioning, and ensuring our partnership strategy translates into measurable revenue and EBITDA performance.From day one, the priority is clear: secure new FM and Strategic Accounts, implement a scalable partnership framework, and align divisional teams behind a joined-up, insight-led commercial strategy.What you receive for joining usWe believe in rewarding strategic leadership and commercial accountability, which is why we offer a exce base salary with uncapped bonus potential (OTE £120,000).
