We tackle sexism and misogyny, with and for anyone who has experienced this. We offer young women free coaching, feedback on job applications and information to help them get where they want to be. We bring together a thousands-strong network to support each other, build their self-belief, and have their voices heard. We work with young women and anyone who experiences misogyny and sexism to campaign for equality in the workplace. And our research provides insight into what young women''s lives are really like, fuelling our campaigns for change. These are not easy times to be a young woman. The rights and freedoms previous generations fought for can feel up for grabs - sexism is growing louder, online abuse is on the rise, and too many young women are still held back by low pay, insecure work and unequal caring responsibilities. At Young Women''s Trust, we believe it doesn''t have to be this way, and we''re growing our fundraising ambition to match the scale of the challenge. You will lead a newly united fundraising programme that has brought together corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts and foundations - an area that already contributes over 80% of our fundraised income.
