Partnership Tax Assistant London International Law Firm Hybrid An international law firm is seeking a Partnership Tax Assistant to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with personal tax experience to play a key role in supporting the firm''s partners through the end-to-end tax return process. Working closely with partners and the wider finance function, you will assist with the preparation and administration of UK personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery in a collaborative and professional environment. Key Responsibilities UK tax return preparation - Assist with the preparation and submission of partners'' UK personal tax returns. Partner tax support - Provide administrative and technical support throughout the annual tax return process. Self-employed tax returns - Prepare and review tax returns for self-employed partners where required. Tax data collection - Gather, organise and reconcile financial information needed for accurate tax filings. HMRC liaison and research - Retrieve and analyse tax information from HMRC Government Gateway, including payments, liabilities and filing records. Tax software management - Utilise commercial tax software, ideally Digita, to prepare and manage tax return workflows. Compliance monitoring - Ensure tax returns are completed in line with current UK tax legislation and filing deadlines.
