We’re looking for driven sales professionals to join our founding team as Partnership Sales Executives.Year 1:

focused on

new business

– selling sponsorships, signing vendors, and closing affiliate distribution partners.Year 2:

the role evolves into

70% relationship management / 30% new business

– handling renewals and vendor accounts while continuing to bring in new sponsors, event partners, and affiliates.On-Target Earnings (OTE)Year 1: £55,000–£65,000 (commission-only, paid on closed business).Year 2: Similar OTE, with a lighter balance of new business as renewals and recurring revenue kick in.What You’ll Do

Sell annual sponsorships (£1,000 per group).Manage renewals and vendor relationships in Year 2.Use club memberships and theatre spaces (provided for full-time sellers) for evening networking and prospect meetings.Contribute ideas for new revenue streams (events, awards, premium partnerships).What Support You’ll Have

Email marketing engine : at least 20,000 new businesses approached every month, warming leads before they reach you.CRM and automation : track, nurture, and manage opportunities with minimal admin.Community and events team : sponsor and vendor onboarding handled for you.Club memberships : access to member clubs and theatre spaces (for full-time sellers) to network and host meetings.What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales or partnerships experience (sponsorships, events, media, lifestyle a plus).Hunter mentality in Year 1 – resilient, persistent, motivated by commission.Strong relationship skills – able to keep partners engaged and renewing in Year 2.Self-starter, happy in a small entrepreneurial team.While this role is structured for full-time Partnership Sales Executives (with club memberships included), we’re also open to conversations with candidates looking for part-time or side-hustle opportunities on a commission-only basis.
