We''re looking for a proactive Partnership Manager to grow and manage our portfolio of corporate partners and donors, helping secure funding, volunteers and opportunities that transform the lives of young people. This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term strategic relationships whilst playing a key role in the future growth of Urban Synergy. Responsibilities The main purpose of the role involves: Building and managing relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners. Identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, particularly within FTSE 250 organisations. Developing tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship packages and presentations. Managing the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting, maximise partner engagement and retention.
