is a role focused on building strategic regional partnerships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts, PCNs, GP practices and other stakeholders to enable timely and equitable access to ADHD care. You will work with the Head of Partnerships and senior leaders to identify opportunities, support contract mobilisation, and shape pathways in line with local and national priorities.
Base pay range£50,000 – £60,000

What you’ll be doingYou will build and maintain strategic regional relationships across ICBs, NHS Trusts, PCNs, GP practices and other stakeholders. Working with the Head of Partnerships and senior leaders, you will identify opportunities, support contract mobilisation and help shape pathways to ensure timely ADHD care.
Key responsibilities
Regional Engagement: Develop trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders; map local priorities, gaps and opportunities for ADHD and related services; represent Care ADHD at ICB, provider collaborative and PCN forums.
Business Development: Support identification and pursuit of NHS tenders, contracts and pilots; provide local insight to inform pricing, bid strategy and service design; contribute to business cases, funding applications and commissioner briefings.
Contract Mobilisation and Performance: Assist in mobilisation of new contracts; ensure effective stakeholder communication; help resolve operational barriers; provide regular feedback on contract performance and risks.
Policy and Pathway Influence: Champion evidence-based ADHD pathways; support ICB prescribing code access and formulary inclusion where needed; collaborate with clinical and operational colleagues to shape care models that meet commissioner expectations.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with Communications, Clinical and Data teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned delivery; feed regional insights into national engagement strategy.
Essential
Strong understanding of NHS structures, commissioning and transformation agendas.
Experience working in or with ICBs, NHS Trusts, PCNs, or independent healthcare providers.
Proven relationship-building and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and risks early.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to travel extensively.
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of neurodevelopmental services and/or digital healthcare delivery.
Experience in contract mobilisation, pathway redesign, or business development.
Familiarity with NHS referral systems, prescribing pathways, and information governance.
