Description As a Partnership Manager, you will be accountable for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of Benchmark Capital partner firms. Your role is pivotal in developing trusted, multi-layered relationships with senior leadership and operational teams within our partners, ensuring their evolving needs are met with Benchmark s solutions and services. Working closely with various internal teams including Partnership Management, Implementation, and Integration you will oversee smooth transitions for new clients and champion the ongoing adoption and optimisation of our platforms and tools. You will play a critical role in resolving service issues, delivering proactive solutions, and driving continuous improvement in both partner and client experiences.
