Partnership Development Manager Our client is an established engineering and manufacturing business with decades of experience supporting industrial and power generation sectors. As our client continues to expand globally, they are seeking a motivated and commercially astute Partnership Development Manager to join their team. This position can be home-based with occasional travel to their site near Sheffield as and when required. The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing strategic relationships with new clients across international markets. The role supports the company s growth objectives by increasing global market share, diversifying revenue streams, and strengthening our competitive position. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Strategy Achieving and exceeding order and sales targets leading the client journey from discovery to order conversion Advanced stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities Identify high-potential markets and develop effective market entry strategies. Prospecting and Lead Generation Generate and pursue new business opportunities. Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
