The roleThe Partner Support User Tester (PSUT) works directly with the UK-wide network of professional mortgage and insurance advisers, handling system and process-related queries by phone, ticket and email. The PSUT acts as first-line support for testing new functionality for the Revolution (and related) systems, providing feedback within agreed timelines to support successful deployment. The PSUT may also handle queries from network members and assist with end-user training materials with Business Training Consultants. The role includes identifying and escalating issues that affect performance or member experience.

Key responsibilities

User testing of new or updated Revolution functionality and reporting results to developers and Stonebridge staff

Support production of training material for new or updated Revolution functionality

Manage calls and incoming tickets/emails to standard and in line with targets

Refer items to other teams as required and escalate where applicable

Identify and report issues to IT/Dev teams affecting performance and/or member service

Our ideal candidate

Great customer service skills

Strong IT skills

UAT testing experience is an advantage but not essential

Confident communication skills

Teamwork skills

Ability to create training materials for internal and external colleagues

Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to complete pre-employment screening
