Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various small to large projects, meticulously tracking progress and identifying potential risks.Implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within budget and deadlines.Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Provide regular and transparent project updates to all relevant stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.Collect and analyze critical data to measure project and operational performance, preparing insightful reports and presenting findings to management to drive continuous improvement.We''re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing processes and delivering impactful projects. 5+ years of professional experience with API implementations, coupled with proven experience in end-to-end project coordination or operations management, ideally within the Banking, Fintech, and/or Financial Services sector.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall and Agile) and practical knowledge of process improvement methodologies.- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, coupled with an analytical mindset and the ability to effectively solve complex problems.- Employment type
