Head of Conveyancing Partner Head of Legal Practice Location: Accrington Salary: Excellent Salary DOE + Bonus + Benefits Head of Conveyancing and Legal Practice Opportunity - Lead and Grow a Modern ABS Law Firm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Conveyancing and Senior Property Solicitor who has preferably worked at partner level to take ownership of an established residential conveyancing department while playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the business. You''ll work alongside the firm''s Directors to develop strategy, improve operational performance, mentor the team, build a market-leading conveyancing practice and take responsibility for compliance. The Role: As Head of Conveyancing, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the Residential Property department, ensuring exceptional client service, strong financial performance and continued departmental growth. You''ll be responsible for managing and developing a team of Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Conveyancing Fee Earners, Paralegals and Legal Assistants while helping to shape the firm''s strategic direction. This is a hands-on leadership position combining technical expertise, people management and commercial awareness.
