Essentially a succession role whereby you''ll take over an thriving caseload of mainly non-contentious construction work in a couple of years. The construction offering supports the very impressive real estate department on a host of commercial developments in London and the regions with values up to c£100m. You''ll be well-versed in collateral warranties, bonds, etc and familiar with clients who are developing or funding commercial projects and working on property related transactions and commercial agreements.
