Partner Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Platform Integration Engineer to support the design, build and ongoing maintenance of integrations across a growing systems landscape, with a particular focus on Shopify and platforms outside of the core ERP environment.This role centres on hands-on technical integration delivery, ensuring reliable data flow between E-commerce, marketing, customer service and operational systems. The objective is to improve platform connectivity, reduce manual processes and support a scalable, resilient technology ecosystem as the business continues to grow.This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with ERP, E-commerce and transformation teams.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Development andamp; MaintenanceBuild, maintain and enhance integrations between Shopify and connected platformsSupport data flows across E-commerce, marketing, customer service and operational systemsDiagnose and resolve integration issues, failures and data discrepanciesShopify andamp; Ecommerce Platform SupportWork with Shopify data structures, APIs and webhooks to meet integration requirementsSupport integrations across orders, customers, products, inventory and fulfilmentCollaborate with E-commerce teams to understand platform updates and downstream impactEngineering andamp; Delivery CollaborationPartner with ERP, E-commerce and transformation teams to deliver integration solutionsSupport testing, validation and deployment of integration changesContribute to technical documentation covering ..... full job details .....
