Key Duties: Business and company sales and acquisitions Share sales and purchases Company commercial matters and shareholder agreements Commercial property transactions Development work including Section 106 agreements, overage and option agreements Agricultural property matters Commercial leases, renewals and landlord and tenant work Leading and mentoring a team of solicitors and support staff Reviewing processes and implementing best practice Supervising files to ensure quality and consistency Developing client relationships and networking with SMEs and regional businesses Key requirements: Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial law Leadership or supervisory experience Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills Keen to play a key role in ..... full job details .....
