your career – your way . Partners provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale. The role is designed to be flexible, with support to help you succeed, and allows you to tailor your business and marketing in your local area.

End-to-end service from valuation to completion

Build and manage your own customer base in your local area

Tailor your own business, working style and marketing

Hybrid working flexibility with support from local branch hub teams, central lead management and telephony support

What is on offer

£50,000+ per year on-target earnings

£25,000–£27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience

Uncapped commission scheme

The role detailsThis is a fully employed position with a flexible, self-employed style of operation. Partners have full responsibility for building a successful local estate agency business, while receiving substantial support from the company (training and development, Local Property Centre, technology and marketing) to raise local brand awareness.
