This role of Partner Designate has become available due to long term succession planning. Our client is a leading, independent firm in Sevenoaks and they are keen to identify and hire a Partner of the future. Client Details Our client is a leading independent accountancy firm in Sevenoaks. They have a rich history and they are planning for a prosperous future with the addition of a Partner Designate. This will be a key role for the firm and long term offer a route to become the 3rd Partner of the firm. Description Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Oversee and review accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns. Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders. Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client work and deadlines. Work closely with Partners to support the smooth running and growth of the practice. Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and audit assignments where desired. Profile A successful Partner Designate should have: ACCA/ACA qualified. Dual qualification of CTA preferred. Proven experience leading a team, winning new business, managing a portfolio over multiple years. Experience of accounting and tax work.
