      <description>Location: Otley | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | A modern, forward-thinking accountancy firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Partner (Partner Designate) to play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant currently operating at Senior Manager/Associate Director level who is looking for a genuine route to Partner.  The Role  Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted senior adviser. Oversee accounts, tax compliance and business advisory services. Lead client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and grow the portfolio. Take responsibility for portfolio profitability, billing, WIP and commercial performance. Lead and develop Managers and wider Business Services teams. Drive business development, cross-selling and new client opportunities. Provide strategic financial and commercial advice to clients. Champion technology, automation and continuous improvement across the team.   The Person  ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
