The Scottish office operates as a true contributor to the wider firm, delivering work across the UK rather than relying on instructions from the South.The OpportunityCommercial IP / IT has been identified as a key growth area within the firm''s Scotland strategy. There is strong demand from existing clients, particularly across technology, digital, regulated sectors and energy, and a clear opportunity to build a robust, market-facing offering with the backing of the wider national practice.This is a chance to shape and lead, rather than inherit.
