Join us on an exciting journey to unlock the intricacies of particle science!Key Responsibilities:In this dynamic role, you will:Conduct in-depth investigations into crystallisation processes to deliver fundamental insights.Scope and evaluate solvent selection to optimise yield and productivity, addressing typical production bottlenecks.Execute solubility solvent screens utilising COSMO predictions and experimental measurements to pinpoint suitable crystallisation solvents.Develop and refine crystallisation processes to maximise yield and purity across diverse chemical routes and solvent systems.Determine crystallisation kinetics in single-solvent systems using 0.1-1L reactors, incorporating PAT monitoring techniques (FBRM, Raman, immersion cell).Generate crystallisation productivity estimates by combining yield, throughput, and process cycle time data.Evaluate PAT feedback crystallisation approaches for enhanced process control.Assess filtration rates in relation to crystal size and shape, informing downstream process decisions.Apply modelling and data-driven approaches to guide solvent selection.Collaborate with modelling colleagues to create predictive tools for process ..... full job details .....
