Do you have a passion for and experience with working alongside young people between the ages of 10 to 19? We are looking for a part time youth worker to run two sessions per week at The Point, Tadley. Working hours would be Tuesday from 5.45pm to 9pm and Wednesday 5.45pm to 7.30pm. Along with one Friday evening per month from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. We actively promote equality of opportunity and develop ways of working within an anti-discriminatory framework. Main Tasks Work with young people To create a safe, welcoming environment for young people To develop positive relationships with young people. To create opportunities, which enable young people to take an interest in the local, national and global community and explore ways that they can influence those communities. To create opportunities for young people to explore issues that are important to them and enable them to make more informed choices about their actions and their lives.
