Part Time Xero Bookkeeper

Part Time Xero Bookkeeper (circa 23 hours a week over 3 -5 days) Are you looking to work in a growing and friendly business with a Finance Director who is looking for someone to help modernise and improve the finance department? Are you looking to take on initial responsibility for bookkeeping but ultimately help out in other commercial areas when needed? Our client has been established over 30 years and has a low turnover of staff due to the team internally and the culture of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a the business at a pivotal stage of development and and you will help build a modern tech driven finance function. General duties will include; Bookkeeping and record keeping, for all group entities using Xero Reconciliations, bank and credit card VAT and compliance Supplier payments Reporting Year-end audit Finance systems and automation Person specification; Solid bookkeeping experience Strong XERO skills and Excel Well organised and a good communicator AAT Studier/ QBE or someone embarking on ACCA/ CIMA This role will offer more hours if needed but will also be suitable for someone returning to work or managing childcare who lives locally.
