The role and about youAs a Part Time Train Cleaner, you will be responsible for the turnaround and full cleans of the train interior, ensuring it is clean for the next journey. For the turnaround cleaning, your duties will include a full walk through of the train, picking up any litter, changing the bins, wiping down and sanitizing surfaces/touch points.For the full cleans, the duties will be the same as the turnaround cleans, but you will be expected to hoover, mop, clean the windows, toilets and perform tanking. This is a hands-on role that requires you to be physically fit and capable of lifting equipment weighing up to 26kg.You will work a demanding shift pattern across a 7-day week, specifically on a 7 on 7 off rota, with the working hours being 17:00 to 22:00.You are a motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in their work.
