You will work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to foster an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging environment where all children can thrive.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEND, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.Encourage student participation, independence, and engagement in learning activities.Support the social and emotional development of students.Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.Liaise with teachers, therapists, and parents where appropriate.
